We are more than just an Adult Day Health Care Center. We are a “home away from home” for the elderly participants who have come here to spend their days with dignity and respect.
Our mission
The mission of the Circle of Friends Adult Day Health Care Center is to provide and manage coordinated, high equality, comprehensive health and human services in Philadelphia area, Bucks and Montgomery Counties. The services are high quality and delivered in a manner that is consistent with economic, cultural, and social needs of the community. The objectives of Circle of Friends Adult Day Health Care Center are to provide, through an individualized plan of care, a community-based group program for functionally impaired older adults.
Our philosophy
- Promote the mental and physical well-being of impaired individuals living int community, in order to restore them to their optimal functional potential and help them remain at home.
- Share with families and other persons the burden of providing substantial care to impaired elderly individuals by offering respect for several days during the week.
- Provide diagnostic treatment services to persons who would otherwise require admission to or continued stay in a hospital or other health care facility.
Our Center location
Our center located at Bustleton Avenue, between Grant Avenue and Welsh Road, in the heart of Northeast. This puts us right in the middle of the Philadelphia, Montgomery and Buck Counties. Our central location supports our wish to serve our clients all the best we can. Great facility clean and nice. Relaxed and fun. Staff, clients, client’s family, nurses and physicians work close to provide care that meet the individuals needs.
This place welcomes everyone as family, with a very politely staff of well trained personnel. All clients are treated equally no matter of religious or ethnic group.
